Tis the Season to TAKE A STAND

There is no better time than now, during this season of thankfulness and giving, to reach out with heartfelt gratitude to you for being such an integral part of the Boston Women’s fund family.  As you well know, when you support BWF, you are doing so much more than making a donation. You are joining a movement that attacks the root causes of poverty, injustice and discrimination. Now more than ever, we need your continued support to empower and strengthen the leadership of women and girls.  While we are part of the 99% making our voices heard, we are experiencing firsthand the significant impact of foundations and individuals tightening their own wallets and pulling away from social justice just when our quest for social justice stands tall and strong at the forefront of the fight for a more equitable society.  This is no time to pull back; it is a time to push squarely forward, and not just in our hearts, but with our hands, our feet, our loud voices and especially with our open wallets.

Chelsea Collaborative Bank of America Action

Please stand with us again this holiday season by making a generous gift to the Boston Women’s Fund right now.  Join the movement to change the dynamics of power and privilege and to build tomorrow’s leaders today.

Please take up the call as a bolder philanthropist in strengthening our grassroots communities. Unite with us as we look forward to continuing on with our mission into 2012 and beyond to create a better world!

Thank you.  Warmest wishes for a new year filled with joy, peace and justice from all of us at the Boston Women’s Fund.

Happy Holidays,

Josefina
